As a luxury ecommerce apparel company focused on lifestyle pieces for children, Mama Luma is looking to scale the brand in the United States and globally.

Solution

We leveraged the Shopify, Klaviyo and Attentive platforms to develop a strong ecommerce environment.

We integrated the attentive lead form to boost lead generation.

A strategy was put into place to develop a fishing net environment through various email automation flows. Series included Welcome Flow, Cart Abandonment, Win Back and Post Purchase.

CRO: AOV increased by optimizing on site conversion rate.

We launched prospecting campaigns and retargeting campaigns utilizing Facebook ads.

To amplify brand reach across social, the team launched an influencer marketing campaign. By partnering with well-known mommy influencers with age-appropriate daughters, the goal was to boost brand awareness and drive sales.

We also implemented Google shopping campaigns and display retargeting.
