As a luxury ecommerce apparel company focused on lifestyle pieces for children, Mama Luma is looking to scale the brand in the United States and globally.

Solution

  • We leveraged the Shopify, Klaviyo and Attentive platforms to develop a strong ecommerce environment 
  • We integrated the attentive lead form to boost lead generation. 
  • A strategy was put into place to develop a fishing net environment through various email automation flows. Series included Welcome Flow, Cart Abandonment, Win Back and Post Purchase. 
  • CRO: AOV increased by optimizing on site conversion rate. 
  • We launched prospecting campaigns and retargeting campaigns utilizing Facebook ads. 
  • To amplify brand reach across social, the team launched an influencer marketing campaign.  By partnering with well-known mommy influencers with age-appropriate daughters, the goal was to boost brand awareness and drive sales. 
  • We also implemented Google shopping campaigns and display retargeting.

Results

Since we first began working with this brand, we’ve steadily increased revenue and on-site conversion rates. As this is a newly added account, we look forward to updating results to reflect progress in the coming months.
